Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years paid tax experience
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
• Strong knowledge of tax laws
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice and manage product inquiries
• Interact with customers through video communication
