About the team
As the Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performance team to achieve business objectives and management adjustment according to business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategies and product solutions to improve E-Commerce fulfillment performance and responsible for end-to-end delivery experience.
- Have an in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve fulfillment performance and related customer experience, design systematic whole-scene strategies and traction mechanisms. Drive complex projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.
- Be data driven, understand and define North Star Metrics that reveal the fulfillment performance level. Continuously looking for approaches to optimize key metrics.
- Facilitate internal communication, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth teamwork.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in strategic products, consumer-facing products, seller traction, algorithm application, decision engine will be a plus.
- Ability to design highly adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metric to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management in E-Commerce, Order Management, Logistics, Fulfillment with 3+ years of experience in team management.

For Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
