As a partner resources business partner at the Kent Flexible Plant, you will support the longest-running plant at Starbucks, and the only plant that produces coffee, soluble and tea! This role is expected to work onsite during the work week and may include support during other dayparts and weekends.
Our dynamic, 24x7 manufacturing environment offers the opportunity to partner closely with the business to build high-performing teams and connect with partners at all levels to create a great work environment.
As a trusted adviser to our leaders and partners, you will support the team’s talent and organizational priorities that shape partner engagement, build capability, and enable productivity.
As a partner resources business partner, you will…
- Engage with teams to support the successful implementation of all PRO-related programs, initiatives, and priorities.
- Enable talent effectiveness by coaching leaders and professionals using growth mindset principles.
- Collaborate effectively by demonstrating approachable, authentic, and solution-oriented behavior.
- Consult on partner relations matters and use subject matter expertise to investigate workplace concerns.
- Facilitate talent programs and discussions and lead the hiring and onboarding processes.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Three plus years of human resources experience
- Experience with employee relations, coaching for performance and development, talent acquisition and onboarding
- Problem solving and project management skills
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management
