Akkodis is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a 6-month contract position with a client located in Wadsworth, OH. This is an onsite opportunity.
Pay/Salary Range: $18-22/hr W2
Job Description:
As a Desktop Support Analyst you will join a small team to support the end-users in a manufacturing environment. Your experience with building PCs for new employees, troubleshooting technical issues, and your commitment to top-notch customer service will be put to the test in this role.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in Technical Support roles
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office365, Active Directory
- Experience configuring PCs and laptops for new employees and applying images.
- Professionalism, top-notch communication skills and positive attitude is required for success
