Executive Director

The Bessemer Housing Commission is currently seeking an Executive Director for a 90-unit public housing complex located in Bessemer, Michigan.

We also manage an additional 30 units for Wakefield Housing. Interested parties should possess a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or public administration with the ability to obtain public housing management specialist certification within one year.

This position serves as CEO, Procurement and Contract Administration, and financial officer. Knowledge of current HUD regulations and requirements is a plus.
