Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description:• Processing Accounts Payable in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures• Verifies, enters, and posts details of business transactions to the appropriate system• Ensures invoices without POs are coded and duly authorized• Prepares approved debit memos as necessary and communicates notice to vendor• Answers vendor queries• Maintains AP documentationQualifications:-2+ years of full cycle AP experience-Must have data entry/admin experience - preferably working with numbers-Experience entering invoice/PO info the ERP system-Experince working with Adobe and Microsoft platforms-Proficient in Microsoft ExcelAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
