ROMIO is looking for an experienced fund raising specialist with an established network of family offices and institutional investors to prepare its upcoming round of financing. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in investment banking or fund raising for hedge funds. The company is introducing Social Capitalism via it's upcoming platform release to demonstrate a more profitable model than traditional Capitalism.

Strong Compensation Package including a solid stock options package.

Romio is an app that lets users discover and book services (Housekeeper, Chef, Cat Sitter…) recommended by friends. The app is like UBER (for all services) meets Instagram. Users and service providers receive cash referrals for inviting their networks. Those who reach GOAT status, receive cash bonuses linked to stock appreciation. The company plans to leverage AI to drive economic and social prosperity for users.

Romio is (re)defining Social Capitalism, a more intelligent and profitable business model than Capitalism. The platform has architected features that drive positive human economic impact which in turn drives margins and asset appreciation. The app is going live in Los Angeles followed by Miami and New York. The company attracted influencers across local verticals with 200m+ user reach.

The company is backed by family offices and strategic investors. Romio’s team and advisors were previously with Google, Uber, Swimply, Compass, GrubHub and Goldman Sachs. The company was founded by Tarik Sansal who previously started onTargetJobs backed by Warburg Pincus and sold to DICE.

What Select Advisors Say About Romio

Ailen Fee, Growth Advisor

Early Uber Employee. Launched Miami, New Jersey and Uber Eats

“Romio is a unique marketplace opportunity that is harnessing the power of today’s powerful social networks. Combined with Tarik’s passion for social good, Romio can be a marketplace that benefits independent entrepreneurs and users alike”

Andrew Schettino, Social Capitalism Advisor

Technology Investor ex Goldman Sachs, Warburg Pincus

“Social capitalism is an underutilized model that has catapulted companies like Lemonade insurance to success. The concept resonates with millennial and gen Z customers which grow in purchasing power daily as part of the greatest wealth transfer in history. Furthermore, the current cultural climate and lack of innovative companies adopting this framework make the viral potential of social capitalism greater than ever” Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
