Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.00, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Build strong rapport with customers.
  2. Drive profitability through timely, accurate and compliant financial performance.
  3. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  4. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  5. Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
  6. Present customers with financing options and products.
  7. Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
  8. Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
  9. Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines.
  10. Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
  11. Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
  12. Contract or collect all money at closing.
  13. Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
  14. Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
  15. Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life.

Expectations:

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance.
  2. Customer service experience.
  3. Valid driver's license.
  4. Valid sales license.
  5. Positive attitude and demeanor.
  6. Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals.
  8. Applicable manufacturer’s certifications.
  9. Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
