An exciting opportunity has now arisen as the Propulsion and Handling division is seeking a Technical Product Manager – Propeller Shaftline Auxiliaries and PROMAS .
We are looking for an ambitious person who wants to join us and become a core member of our team of technical specialists. In this position, you will have the technical and safety ownership of a specific product area: Shaftline Auxiliaries and PROMAS. You will manage the technical aspects of our Propeller Systems throughout the entire product lifecycle, including product definition, product safety, and design configurations. You will collaborate closely across departments to review materials, tolerances, cost-effective solutions, and classification rules. For example, you will lead projects and work closely with strategic buyers to reduce material expenses.

Qualifications and experience
To best fulfill our needs and make this a perfect fit, we think you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of engineering. Experience in product development and/or project management is meritorious. Due to the nature of our international customer and supplier base, a high level of English, both written and oral, is important. Communication skills in other languages are considered an advantage.
We appreciate your ability to act on your own initiative and make things happen in a systematic and analytical way. Your ability to set plans, define priorities, and coordinate the project to completion will be under your responsibility. In this position, you contribute to creating a stable atmosphere where collaboration is key to success. Therefore, we highly value your personal characteristics and your ability to cooperate well with others, communicate, share knowledge, and support your colleagues in achieving team goals. You should feel comfortable making decisions to lead and improve our propeller shaftline products.
