Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Director to lead and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a hotel sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they are meeting their sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including outside sales and business development initiatives.
- Negotiate and close deals with existing and potential customers, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage account relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Foster a positive and inclusive sales culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.

Experience

- Proven track record in hotel sales leadership roles, with a strong background in technical sales or outside sales.
- Experience in managing sales teams, with a focus on building high-performing teams and coaching sales professionals.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in business development and market research.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
