About the Role: As our Healthcare Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of finding and recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and higher-level professionals who are as dedicated to healthcare. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to working closely with department managers, you'll play a key role in ensuring our team is made up of the best and brightest in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: You'll lead the full hiring process for RNs and higher-level healthcare professionals-from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for our team. Whether it's job boards, social media, or healthcare networking events, you'll always have your finger on the pulse of top talent.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with department heads, nurse managers, and HR leaders to ensure we're always aligned with staffing needs and organizational goals.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on healthcare hiring trends, salary data, and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a top-notch candidate experience with timely communication, feedback, and a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key metrics and regularly report to leadership on your recruiting efforts, always looking for ways to improve our process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, with a focus on Registered Nurses and other higher-level professionals (NPs, PAs, etc.).
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, RN licensing requirements, nursing specialties, and provider requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Required Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically recruiting Registered Nurses and higher-level healthcare professionals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential-you know how to connect with candidates and inspire them to join our team.
- Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple open roles, prioritize effectively, and always meet deadlines, all while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, always willing to support hiring managers and HR colleagues in achieving recruitment goals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
