This position is critical to the success of our retail stores. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions. Your responsibilities will also include resolving customer concerns, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. This role involves direct customer interaction, cash handling, and access to sensitive information. It requires a criminal history review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet sales goals
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
  • Keep precise work order files and formulas
  • Maintain inventory control procedures
  • Provide input on improving sales strategies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Prior experience selling paint and operating tinting equipment
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
