Human Resources Information System Analyst

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Dayforce HCM Practice . We are looking for a Senior Dayforce Consultant who has experience in working in a live environment to enhance Dayforce and help to maximize utilization across HR Core, WFM & Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Perform system audit to understand system setup, specifically the Org Structure that lives within HR Core
• Document findings
• Partner with key stakeholders to create prioritization task list and outline a successful engagement
• Meet twice a week with project team to track progress and facilitate positive change with the system
• Work through test and configuration environments and get sign off on any changes before moving to production
• Understand gaps within Reporting and support creation of custom reporting
• Training - Outline plans for custom training with key users

Required Qualification(s):

• Expert WFM/HR Core
• 5+ Years of Dayforce Experience
• Understands promotions and title changes and how to simplify process within Org Structure
• Self starter - we need someone to drive the engagement and roll up their sleeves to effect positive change

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of early September with an initial duration through end of January , with the possibility of extending or turning permanent.
