We have an immediate opening for a full-time Clinical Educator to join our team. This position will focus on the Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator role within our practice and requires collaborating with staff, physicians, and other Practice departments to provide education and training of the clinical operations staff. The schedule is Monday - Friday 9 hour days (flexible). Occasional weekends may be required depending on training needs. Must be willing to travel (all SGF locations) a minimum of 10 days each month. Hybrid (in office 75%/remote 25%). Salary Range: $57-58K annually.
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the MA/PCC Clinical Educator is responsible to:

  • Oversee and monitor all ongoing activities related to the development and implementation of employee orientation training and continuing education in all clinical aspects of the practice
  • Ensure delivery of initial onboarding training to all employees while monitoring the training program in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of our organization
  • Monitor and track compliance with our staff continuing education program
  • Assist with program development and materials
  • Lead Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator Cohort classes
  • Travel to SGF offices to provide training and integration support.
What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving skills and effective time management
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
