Position Summary: We are hiring mobile phlebotomists (Collection Specialists) who enjoy interacting with the public and being part of a team that helps save lives through community blood drives. Our phlebotomists draw voluntary blood product donations from healthy donors who want to make a difference by saving lives.
HOURS: Full Time - Must be able to work AM and PM shifts.
Shifts are 7am to 3pm and 12pm to 8pm plus every other weekend, and rotating holidays required.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
* Phlebotomy experience preferred.
* Competency in taking manual blood pressure and pulse.
* Ability to work with computers and tablets, a plus.
* Customer service experience.
* Flexibility.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
* A valid driver's license and personal transportation is required.
Pay and Bonuses:
* Starting Rate is $17 per hour
* New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service.
