Responsibilities

As the Enterprise Sales VP, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, responsible for:

  • BPO Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to develop and execute strategies that align with client needs and Carenet’s service offerings.
  • High-Value Lead Generation: Identify and engage with high-value prospective clients, promoting our innovative telehealth products and services.
  • Customized Solution Development: Create tailored solutions that meet client objectives and differentiate Carenet in the market.
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite and other key decision-makers.
  • RFP Leadership: Lead the development of RFP responses, crafting targeted content for new and existing clients.
  • Complex Contract Negotiation: Navigate intricate negotiations, ensuring both financial profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, opportunity creation, and contract closures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with key clients and internal teams.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Carenet at industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of quota-bearing sales experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of closing large accounts (over $10 million) within the first two years. Extensive experience in BPO is essential.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, including Payer, Provider, and Health Services verticals.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and contract management platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Expertise in building trust, identifying client needs, and growing relationships with high-value clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to propose and deliver creative solutions to meet client needs in the healthcare space.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present persuasively and negotiate effectively at the executive level.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, and other consultative methodologies.
  • Motivation: A self-driven, professional, and motivated sales leader who leads by example.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%, including global travel.

Compensation & Benefits

At Carenet Health, we value the expertise and dedication of our team members, and we are committed to offering an appealing compensation package. The base salary range for the Enterprise Sales VP role is $140,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and holidays, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), employee wellness programs, and career development opportunities.
