Global Director, ERP Commercial Process

We're seeking a visionary leader to join us in this transformation as the Global Director, ERP Commercial Process . In this role, you'll be at the helm of building a common best-practice solution using SAP and cutting-edge solutions. You'll lead a team of process experts, working closely with industry partners and Mars Snacking Global Cross-Functional Process leaders to design and deploy a solution within the Mars ‘Clean Core’ industry standard ERP framework. Your work will not only enable a standardized global platform that drives growth but also foster efficient and engaging ways of working. Your leadership will ensure effective solution collaboration and delivery across functional leaders, setting the stage for a new era of operational excellence at Mars Inc.
What are we looking for?
- Educational Excellence : A bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a relevant business function.
- Sourcing Guru : 5+ years deep experience in Sourcing.
- Transformation Trailblazer : Proven experience in ERP transformation.
- Collaborator : Ability to partner with global and regional stakeholders.
- Financial Steward : Proficiency in budget management.
- Leadership Luminary : Strong leadership skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ignite Excellence: Lead a high-performing team of process experts in the Sourcing/Commercial area.
- Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with Mars Snacking functional leaders to co-create solutions.
- Champion Standardization: Deploy the solution across all global Mars Snacking markets.
- Engage and Influence: Engage with regional leaders and change management champions.
