The Director of Admissions will provide strategic planning and operational oversight for the admissions process to include recruitment, selection, and matriculation of students. Responsibilities include overseeing the admissions team, directing events, collaborating with the assistant dean on policy development, ensuring compliance, and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
General Responsibilities will consist of:
- Staff and Event Management
- Admissions Selection Committee Oversight
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Training and Documentation
- Communications and Outreach
- Collaboration with External Partners
- System Administration, Data Analysis, and Reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters level education or higher. 5+ years of experience in admissions processes. Strong track record of project management. Data analysis and reporting skills. Experience in supervising staff and administrative units. Experience with compliance. Demonstrated leadership and process improvement skills in complex environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
