Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Detail Technician with expertise in ceramic coating applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide high-quality detailing services. This role involves thorough cleaning, polishing, and protecting vehicles, with a focus on applying ceramic coatings to enhance and preserve the vehicle's appearance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive exterior and interior detailing services, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Prepare vehicles for ceramic coating by ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and free of contaminants.
• Apply ceramic coatings according to manufacturer specifications and best practices, ensuring optimal durability and finish.
• Assess vehicle conditions and recommend additional services as needed, including paint correction and protection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products related to automotive detailing and ceramic coatings.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing information on services and recommendations for vehicle maintenance.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing, with a focus on ceramic coating applications.
• Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques, including paint correction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
