What You will Be Doing :
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Set measurable goals and hold the team accountable for market share growth.
- Drive collaboration across global and local markets to align strategies.
Marketing & Strategy Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for clinical portfolios.
- Identify key customer insights and translate them into product concepts.
- Develop and execute product launch strategies for capital equipment, disposable products, and software.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to create tailored revenue generation models.
Customer & Market Understanding:
- Stay at the forefront of trends in surgery, including robotic surgery, AI/ML, and fluorescence-guided techniques.
- Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.
- Maintain deep knowledge of portfolio positioning and identify opportunity gaps to drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, Product Development, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure marketing strategies meet evolving needs and market conditions.
People Development:
- Attract, retain, and mentor top marketing talent.
- Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and competencies.
What You Bring :
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in medical device marketing, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing; MBA preferred.
- Proven success managing a multi-disciplinary team and driving market growth.
- Strong experience with capital equipment, single-use products, and developing associated revenue models.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in robotic surgery and technical market segments.
- Familiarity with global marketing strategies and trends in surgical technology.
