Experience: Minimum two years of experience in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation
License: New York State RN
Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS (Queens only)
Must-Have: Strong English skills (read, write, speak)
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment.
- Work in a nursing float pool, providing services across various units as needed.
- Rotate shifts and work weekends as part of the scheduling requirements.
- Perform IV insertions and conduct phlebotomy with proficiency.
- Administer conscious sedation safely and effectively.
- Engage in continuous communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
