Total Directional is in search of a Jr. Directional Drilling Data Engineer/Analyst based in our Windsor Office/Shop. This person will be a member of our Technical Services Sales team and will be responsible for collaborating in the creation and presentation of data to our customers. This begins with collecting and cleansing the data and ends with presenting the data to the customer. This position will range in duties from data collection maintenance to data visualization and communication.
The responsibilities of the Jr. Directional Drilling Data Engineer/Analyst will be:
• Collaborating with Technical Services Sales Team to extract data figures, creating reports based on findings, and monitoring customer's key performance indicators.
• Work with Technical Services Sales Team to identify opportunities for optimization
• Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data in order to tell a story
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the company’s data reporting
• Work with Technical Services to process and cleanse data collection
• Create presentations and reports for customers based on direction from Technical Services Sales Team
• Troubleshooting expertise required
• Good verbal communication skills required
• Must be self-motivated, self-starting, with a desire to learn
• Must be solution-oriented

Pay for this position depends on experience. The right candidate will be able to work remotely several days a week.
