We're seeking a Field Events Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth tech startup! In this role, you'll collaborate with key sales and marketing stakeholders to execute targeted marketing plans and drive field marketing events . Reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing, you will help execute strategic event-driven marketing initiatives .
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Field Marketing Strategy to meet and exceed BU level targets.
- Plan and run a mix of virtual and live events , including workshops, executive events, industry-specific events, and 3rd party events.
- Drive registration and attendance for field events to meet pipeline generation goals.
- Manage lead flow into Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for optimized conversion.
- Ensure programs are executed on time and within budget, reconciling expenses with Finance.
- Share best practices and consistently optimize field marketing programs to increase conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in event management (1-3 years in field marketing events).
- Experience working closely with sales teams and managing event-driven pipeline targets.
- Budget management experience for event series.
- Strong experience with , Asana , and marketing automation platforms (MAPS) for building emails, lists, and landing pages.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
