Pay Information
$2,215 to $2,284 per week
About The Position
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a committed Physical Therapist PT to join a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF in Sequim, Washington for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend. The qualified Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT will act as the patients' partner throughout their daily tasks and assist patients to function at their personal best. Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities of a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Physical Therapist PT: Evaluate and treat a wide range of conditions Communicate effectively with other therapists, family members, and patients Consistently exhibit courtesy, compassion and respect Cultivate caring relationships through therapeutic use of self to facilitate recovery and health Develop and provide therapeutic and physical-based interventions to promote increased participation in activities of daily living Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
