Aon is looking for a Strategy & Execution – Global Product Growth Analyst!This role reports into the Reinsurance Strategy and Execution Team, to accelerate new and existing product initiatives within the Product Growth Team. This role reports directly to the Global Product Growth Director and collaborates with Product Growth Leaders, Regional Growth Leaders and Strategy and Execution Leaders to develop global growth strategies and execute growth initiatives for our clients, partners, and Product Leaders.Workstyle: Hybrid in the Chicago, IL location!We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.Preferred: (RE)Insurance experience.What the day will look likePartner with the Product Growth leaders to contribute to strategic growth planning, develop market assessments to assess new growth opportunities, develop revenue targets and create strategic leadership meeting content / presentationsSupport creation of strategic business plans and investment cases to facilitate Senior Leadership approval including in-year and long-term revenue growth targets to scale commercial growthPartner with Product client leaders to support client activation strategy, inclusive of support for pipeline management and development of value propositions that address client needsPartner with Product client leaders and Marketing leadership to develop marketing and thought leadership strategy and support content development, client outreach, conference and panel eventsSupport execution and collaboration for Global Product operating model across Product Leadership, Geographical Leaders and Functional / Solution line leadership through support of meeting agendas, communication across Aon leaders and leading strategy offsites and content creationSkills and experiences that will lead to success1+ years’ experience within Finance, Strategy and / or (Re)Insurance SectorProject management and ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritizationUnderstanding of corporate finance or accountingStrong verbal and written skills, presentation skillsExperience in excel and power pointEducation:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
