Job Requirements / Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  2. Strategic Analysis: Employ strategic thinking to analyze top target prospects, developing and implementing effective strategies.
  3. Marketing Enhancement: Maintain and enhance marketing materials to ensure they align with industry standards and effectively communicate our services.
  4. Network Expansion: Actively network through professional associations and trade shows to expand our reach and influence in the industry.
  5. Project Management: Monitor and follow up on all assigned commercial jobs, ensuring customer needs are met, and identifying decision-makers for future business development.
  6. Key Account Management: Complete ERP’s and Priority Service Agreements for key accounts, advocating for catastrophe event preparation.
  7. Engagement Events: Host and present at industry-related events, contributing to our thought leadership and expanding our brand presence.
  8. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales goals, including daily outreach metrics through various channels.
  9. Utilize Sales Tools: Effectively use proprietary sales systems ensuring use of our systematic approach to lead generation.

Position Requirements:

  1. A minimum of three years of commercial business-to-business sales experience.
  2. Superb customer service, sales, administrative, verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Experience of commercial sales and marketing within the service sector.
  4. Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance sector is preferred.
  5. Experience utilizing current business software is required.
  6. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
