This journey will require the very best engineeringWhat you will be doing- Ability to drive process excellence alongside process documentation and seeks to ensure standardization and coordination of expectations across different processes within the same org or department. Allows the business to continue best practice in the event that key Subject Matter Experts are unavailable- Ensure Process effectiveness and efficiency. Design and improve processes for consistent delivery with minimum variation and minimum waste- Apply variety of principles, systems and tools toward the sustainable improvement of key performance metrics- Review and improve processes in various forms viz. internal audit, policy reviews, academy work, service dashboards, status of burn-outs, engineering reviews to drive effectiveness and efficiencyWhat we are looking for- Adaptable and flexible- Ability to perform under pressure- Problem-solving- Detail orientation- Results orientation- Takes self-initiative and ability to self-drive- Work with minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments- Ability to network with various stakeholders to accomplish the taskGood to have- Proficient in Automation and Analytics to solve moderately complex problems- Prior exposure working with IT Engineering domainPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
