Institutional Relations Manager
gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established BANK in the Commercial Mortgage industry that is the growing lender to homebuilders and housing investors with nearly 50 state lending coverage!
This role will focus on Commercial Real Estate Mortgages in the Homebuilder industry. This is an amazing opportunity for bankers who are self-starters and have a track record of loan syndication. The Banking Syndications Relationship Officer will have the chance to work in a start-up, entrepreneurial, Self-starter culture and have the flexibility of a remote position with a progressive fringe benefit plan and PTO!

The bank is greater than $2BB in assets which allows lenders to do some very large loans. This Relationship Manager supports the Loan Officers, making everyone look their best and upping the customer service quotient!
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Syndicate loans to multiple lenders
  • Monitor and manage participation agreements
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations
Position Essential Job Functions:
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure loan syndications
  • Ensure compliance with legal agreements and market standards
  • Provide ongoing support to clients
Position Skills:
  • Proven track record in loan syndication / participations / correspondence services
  • Existing relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of loan structures and legal agreements
  • Familiarity with LSTA market standards and accounting rules

This is a fully, permanently non-travel, work the whole country from South Dakota, Wisconsin, Maine, South Carolina, Texas, and Arizona are particularly attractive, but will consider other states. Commercial MORTGAGE developers banking is especially attractive. The bank has had systems and programs in place to ensure success for the past few decades.
