Job Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst - Accountant in Internal Audit, you will be reporting to the Director of Internal Audit. You will be responsible for reviewing monthly bank reconciliations, reviewing general ledger and other financial activity, reviewing operational data, evaluating effectiveness of internal controls and policy compliance.
Additional responsibilities:
Reconcile inventory changes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end audit reports
Assist with special projects and analysis as requested
Job Requirements:
Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Understanding of general accounting principles
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time and meet project deadlines
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (primarily Excel)
