Salesforce Inc. seeks Enterprise Account Executive in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties:
- Define and execute territory/account sales plans for assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
- Develop and manage partner relationships.
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system (i.e., SFDC).
- Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
- Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
- Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with customer accounts of all sizes.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.
- Participate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.
Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related field.
