Responsible for planning and execution activities consistent with the strategic objectives of policy initiatives. Review current project management activities and requirements related to budget constraints, project schedules, and other field issues, to sync them with program strategies. In charge of project management activities from the development to final openings of various real estate/construction projects. Responsible for Budget management and Timeline management. Coordinate with the internal team and various departments to keep projects on track to achieve goals/target. Keep finance and upper management informed for any potential deviation from projected spend or timeline delay. Prepare a monthly presentation for the management team to provide updates on all ongoing projects. Conduct comparative analyses or studies to provide trends, projections, and recommendations. Develop briefings, charts, and other graphical presentations for review and decision-making. Brief management and/or senior level officials on actions, findings, challenges, risks, recommendations, etc. Assist with revising and drafting a variety of orders, policies, SOPs, handbooks, advisory circulars, and other documentation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and interim management reports as required. Utilize the following: PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of relevant experience in job offered or as a Managerial Professional or related.
