CONMED Orthopedics is seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to represent our expansive product portfolio that ranges from sports medicine implants, Hall Surgical Powered Instruments, fluid management, resection & ablation, MTF biologics and our NEW 4K Ultra High-Definition Visualization System.
As an Orthopedic Territory Manager, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED's Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
  • Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
  • Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
  • Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
What You Need:
  • One of the following:
    • Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University with 1-2 years of outside sales experience
    • No Degree with 4+ years of outside sales experience
    • 3+ years of Surgical Tech or Related Clinical experience
  • *Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
Requirements:
  • Approximately 20% Travel
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
