You Are

A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients’ requirements and craft the right solution. You possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and prioritize multiple projects effectively, always delivering quality work on time.

The Work

  1. Lead and ensure the successful delivery of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution from a technical standpoint.
  2. Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  3. Conduct data profiling of existing marketing datasets to define data governance and standardization rules.
  4. Lead Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture including data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture & mapping.
  5. Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  6. Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).
  7. Run workshops, working closely with the client, discussing trade-offs (e.g., terms of config vs code).
  8. Disseminate leading practices on solution positioning and delivery.
  9. Mentor junior team members in Marketing Cloud technology, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
  10. Lead all aspects of code reviews.
  11. Support pre-sales activities including participating in sales calls and proposal development.

Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
