Description
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support a growing business unit out of the company's South Carolina site
- Lead the team in executing on key contracts for the business
- Lead all program execution activities across the business
- Be the key point of contact for all program business-related matters
- Manage all phases of programs from inception to close
- Participate in contract negotiation and amendments
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related discipline, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management
- PMP or PMI Certification
- Experience working in the defense industry
- Expertise in program management
- Expertise in meeting financial objectives
