As the Program Director at large and high reputable company, you will lead the Program Management Team and will drive execution of all program related matters across the business. Your leadership in directing all phases of programs and leading all program reviews will be critical in delivering on internal and external customer expectations.

Description

As the Program Director, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Support a growing business unit out of the company's South Carolina site
  • Lead the team in executing on key contracts for the business
  • Lead all program execution activities across the business
  • Be the key point of contact for all program business-related matters
  • Manage all phases of programs from inception to close
  • Participate in contract negotiation and amendments
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related discipline, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management
  • PMP or PMI Certification
  • Experience working in the defense industry
  • Expertise in program management
  • Expertise in meeting financial objectives
