**Job Description:**
- Administer patient care in a float pool setting, primarily between medical and surgical/oncology units.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:5-6.
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records (EMR) system for documentation and patient tracking.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Engage in direct communication with management during the interview and offer process.
- Ensure all personal demographic information is provided accurately for profile confirmation.
- Comply with all healthcare facility rules and requirements.
