We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships team with a focus on partners based in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and supporting our partners, providing them with full support and periodically meeting with them in person to strengthen relationships. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will play a key role in executing partnership initiatives aligned with company objectives and exploring new opportunities in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners based on the West Coast.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of partner contacts to ensure effective relationship management.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies tailored to meet partners and company goals and objectives.
  • Provide necessary support to partners.
  • Regularly communicate with partners, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering strong rapport.
  • Conduct research to identify potential new partners and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet with partners in the Los Angeles area and travel as needed.
