Paid Media Specialist

One of the south’s leading agencies is looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team in Tallahassee. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across all relevant platforms.
• Develop targeted strategies to reach specific audiences and drive measurable results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Implement A/B testing to refine targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in paid social media.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Experience in hospitality and travel is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
