The ideal candidate is someone who will provide on the job support to our clients in the Rancho Cucamonga area. If you have an interest in working in the DSP, vocational training, or job coaching industries and are looking to join a dynamic, values-based culture, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Coach, assist, and support employees with disabilities in learning and excelling in their job functions.
  • One-on-one coaching between the Job Coach and the Client at a separate employer site where the client has been hired at.
  • Assess clients' vocational strengths and training opportunities.
  • Provide documentation of assessments and performance.
  • Communicate progress with case managers and supervisor to ensure client success.
  • Maintain a professional relationship between client(s) and the job site employer.
Who You Are
  • Someone who is FLEXIBLE & with open availability. (preferred)
  • Someone who is 21 years of age or older.
  • Someone with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Someone with reliable transportation.
  • Someone who has previous experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or is eager to learn how to work with these individuals!

Salary Range
  • $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
