Job Description

This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following:

• Perform financial forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast, and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Perform month-end closing process
• Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
• Analysis of Inventory movements and return, grading, and disposal process
• Perform GL account reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
• Support external and internal audit/risk management requirements as needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Analytical skills
• Organized and Detail Oriented

Preferred Skills

• General knowledge of Logistics and/or Supply Chain
• Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
• Bilingual: Korean speaker (strong preference)

Education and Years of Experience:

• College: Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in a Business Finance or Logistics environment

Location: Santa Ana, CA | Fully Onsite

Duration: 6+ month W2 contract

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
