The Solution Consultant will be critical in positioning Accertify’s product offerings during the presales process. This individual will work to define, design, and present solutions to prospective customers with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company-defined standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Accertify products and platform, emphasizing value selling from a financial and operational perspective.
- Attend customer on-site visits to position product offerings, perform discovery on best practices and implementation, and present return on investment.
- Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations, positioning Accertify’s product offerings to solve customer challenges.
- Act as a liaison between new customers and Accertify internal departments, including sales and technical development.
- Develop approaches and procedures to diminish project risk.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate and identify emerging technologies and fraud trends and adapt new approaches and features.
- Scope and complete product and technical documentation for internal handover to project management and implementation teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong grasp of fraud detection methodologies and tools and/or strong knowledge of the payment & fraud ecosystem.
- Strong Discovery and Requirement-gathering capabilities.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Relationship building skills.
- A consultative approach to understanding use cases and aligning Accertify product offerings, including understanding the customer ecosystem and team dynamics.
- Experience with creating reports for analytical purposes.
- Ability to communicate with client’s staff at multiple levels, including Finance, Operations, Project Management, and business-level needs.
- Previous work experience with Accertify or other fraud prevention SaaS offerings.
- Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred).
Additional Details:
- Potential salary range: $97,000-160,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- This role is eligible for remote US-based (work-from-home) locations. Chicago-based candidates would work in a hybrid capacity from the Accertify HQ in Itasca, IL.
- Visa Sponsorship: employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. is required, as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position.
