Demi is an intimate 20-seat, tasting menu only restaurant in the North Loop of downtown Minneapolis. Our entire team, including culinary, hospitality, and dishwashing professionals, is only 20 people.
Demi is open Wednesday through Sunday. This is a full-time position requiring 3-4 nights of service per week.

We are looking for a Server who has:
- A warm and positive demeanor toward guests and colleagues alike
- Strong food, wine, and spirit knowledge paired with solid technical service skills
- Ability to stay focused and organized, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining careful attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively as a team
- An eagerness to learn and to provide each Demi guest with the highest level of hospitality and service
Demi is a member of Relais & Châteaux, an association of 580 unique hotels and restaurants throughout the world with a dedication to creating joyful guest experiences and offering exceptional levels of service. Demi was the only independent restaurant selected for the association in 2024 and the only member in Minnesota.
Demi is open Wednesday through Sunday. This is a full-time position requiring 3-4 nights of service per week.
Benefits and Compensation
- Paid time off is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
