Since OpenAI's Dev Day in November 2023, AI has completely transformed our business. We’ve noticed four types of companies when it comes to AI:

  • Those who don’t know what AI is or think it’s just a fad.
  • Those experimenting with AI.
  • Those who invest in AI and incorporate it into their products.
  • And those, like us, who invest in AI, integrate it into our products, and use it to power internal processes.

We’re all in on #4. AI isn’t just at the center of our products (seeinstead.com ), but it also fuels our software development processes, used by every team member.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Full Stack Tech Lead at Corvee, an innovative tax-focused startup, you'll join a dynamic, in-office team of engineers, product innovators, and tax pros who love collaboration, laughter, and occasional fierce ping pong matches. While much of our team works remotely, our office crew thrives on the energy of in-person collaboration.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

  • Rapidly build and iterate on new features for both internal and external apps, leveraging AI wherever possible.
  • Work closely with our talented engineers and tax experts to revolutionize the industry.
  • As you grow with us, you’ll have the opportunity to help expand the engineering team and accelerate our development efforts.

Front End:

  • Vue
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS

Back End:

  • Go
  • Docker on AWS ECS/Fargate

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at .
