Position Summary:

The Agency Partner Coordinator plays a crucial role in expanding our agency's reach and impact by developing new partnerships with corporations worldwide. This role focuses on building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, introducing them to AGS' services, and ultimately creating mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance their global brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Research: Proactively identify potential corporate partners aligned with the agency's target market and industry focus. Conduct thorough research to understand their business needs, brand challenges, and potential for collaboration.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target corporations, including marketing executives, brand managers, and C-suite leaders.
  3. Partnership Development: Develop compelling partnership proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of AGS and demonstrate how a partnership can address the corporation's specific brand management needs.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between AGS and partner corporations. Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new partners.
  5. Global Outreach: Cultivate relationships with corporations across diverse regions and markets, demonstrating a strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
  6. Networking and Representation: Represent AGS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to connect with potential partners and promote the agency's expertise.
  7. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to inform partnership strategies.

Required Skills:

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
  2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  4. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is NOT a sales role. The primary focus is on fostering long-term partnerships that deliver value to both AGS and its corporate partners.
