GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for a Learning Implementation Manager. This is a temporary, remote position that will last approximately eight weeks. The candidate will need to be able to work in an eastern (EST) or central (CST) time zone.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead a Learning & Development project. The successful candidate will partner with workstream leads to create and drive the project plan, ensuring the program reaches a steady-state by the end of the 8-week period. This role requires close collaboration with the Account Manager for guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan in collaboration with workstream leads.
* Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the project remains on track.
* Facilitate regular meetings with workstream leads and stakeholders to review progress and address any issues.
* Provide regular updates to the Account Manager and other key stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project timeline and deliverables.
* Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
* Support the transition of the project to a steady-state by the end of the 8-week period.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Learning & Development or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with short-term, high-impact projects.
* Familiarity with Learning & Development programs and methodologies.
