Ensures practices are aligned to Hydro's standards.Assists HSE management with goal setting measurements.Develops, recommends, and implements processes to assure compliance with all applicable government regulations including documentation, reporting, and training. Reviews current programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable government and company regulations.Provide communication and training to all personnel.Interfaces with manufacturing department leadership regarding programs and practices to address areas of concern.
