Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 (Base), with added bonuses and potential for an equity share in transactions.

Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Asset Manager with a focus on multifamily properties. We're looking for someone who brings institutional expertise from the owner's perspective. As an integral part of our team, you will manage a diverse portfolio spanning four cities and comprising 2,000 units.

Essentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in institutional multifamily asset management (ownership side experience a plus)
• Fluent in Yardi software

Your Role:

• Oversee a collection of 10 properties with a total of 2,000 units.
• Travel to property locations, roughly 25% of the time (about a week monthly).
• Guide and collaborate with onsite teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze and strategize to bolster portfolio outcomes.
