Control all budgetary and schedule aspects of assigned projects.Collect and assemble vendor information, in addition to leading the selection of equipment. Coordinate equipment procurement efforts with vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.Mentor ju ior staff.Willingness and availability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally, to support the project team in the delivery of products to our customers.Travel is estimated to be 20-50%.YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in chemical, mechanical, process or chemical engineering or related field5+ years of experience with the design or operation of water treatment equipment involving ion exchange, filtration, boilers, cooling systems, heat exchangers, and/or automated control systemsPossess AutoCAD competenceBe eligible for Professional Registration (PE License preferred)Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline teams and motivate othersAbility to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/managementStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAble to work independently manage multiple responsibili
