**Job Description:**
- Work in a dynamic and supportive psychiatry unit.
- Provide patient-centered care within the 600+ bed academic hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure the highest quality of mental health care.
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Adapt to the needs of the psychiatry unit, with potential floating to other units as required.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
- Follow dress code and adhere to facility protocols for professional conduct.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of patient care processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in patient interactions and record-keeping.
