Our client is seeking a junior finance associate to join their Project & Energy group, focusing on energy transition financing matters. This role can be based in any of their US offices, with flexibility for hybrid and remote candidates.

Ideal candidates will have experience in transactions related to financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with proven expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization. Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction are required.
