Summary:

We are seeking a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• 3 weeks of each month traveling to train sales representatives on product line
• Manage sales reps' sales numbers, target customers, and target products
• Introduce new products into the marketplace
• Set up trade shows and meetings
• Develop loyalty amongst new customers: Electrical Distributors and showrooms
• Build a new book of business through various channels

Qualifications:

• Experience in the lighting industry is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Located in Los Angeles

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 /hr based on experience
